Welcome to Tides & Terraces Luxury Travel. By accessing our website or engaging our services to plan and book travel, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Role as Intermediary

Tides & Terraces Luxury Travel acts as an independent affiliate of Mason Horvath Travel. We act as an intermediary connecting clients with third-party travel suppliers, including airlines, hotels, cruise lines, and tour operators. We do not own, manage, or control these third-party suppliers and are not responsible for their acts, omissions, breaches, or financial failures.

Bookings, Payments, and Deposits

All reservations are subject to the terms, conditions, cancellation policies, and pricing structures of the individual suppliers and cruise lines. Deposits and final payments must be made according to supplier schedules to prevent automatic cancellation.

Passports, Visas, and Insurance

It is the sole responsibility of the traveler to ensure that all passports, visas, health documentation, and entry requirements are valid and up to date for all destinations visited. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance (including trip cancellation and medical coverage) at the time of booking.

Limitation of Liability

Tides & Terraces Luxury Travel and its host agency shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, or irregularity resulting from force majeure, supplier changes, or traveler negligence.
